Spare parts and repair services

NEW! From now on we ask you to register for repairs via a registration form. This change is part of our efforts to improve our internal processes and offer our customers a more efficient service. This will allow us to receive all the necessary information at once, resulting in a smoother repair process.

Our service team will process your enquiry as quickly as possible and contact you if necessary.

Spare part service

  • delivery within 24 h throughout Germany
  • delivery within 48 h worldwide
  • delivery on saturdays possible
  • delivery to to construction site possible

repair service

  • Repair time: ∅ 2 working days (depending on the amount of repairs)
  • Rental devices: for house connection and main sewer are available to continue work without downtime (depending on availablity)
  • Collection service: We will be happy to collect your milling robot/equipment for repair, simply fill in the repair request form
  • NEW: Registration of repairs for an efficient and transparent repair process
